After spending years as Hugh’s number one girlfriend and even starring on the reality series, Girls Next Door, Holly Madison finally said peace out to Playboy mogul, Hugh Hefner. Hef had told her repeatedly that he would never marry again nor would he want to have children with holly.

Then over New Year’s comes the news that Hugh is now engaged to 24-year old Crystal Harris and is moving ahead with wedding plans.

Holly has now publically commented saying, “I’m very surprised. I have a lot of different feelings on it. I don’t just feel one way. I kind of didn’t want to put a generic statement out there like ‘Congratulations!’ because I felt everyone would see through that.”

Madison went onto say that she did go to the mansion and see Hugh and Crystal in person to have a face-to-face conversation about their engagement. Camera’s for Holly’s reality series, Holly’s World. Her new season premiere’s on January 23rd.

Holly Madison loves her body. But the former Playboy centerfold will soon watch it change significantly. Because she's pregnant!!! The ex-number-one girlfriend of Hugh Hefner is expecting her first child with someone named Pasquale Rotella, who's been dating Holly since the beginning of the year.

"I've always wanted to be a mom," Madison tells Us, adding that she's 12 weeks along and has been "lucky" so far because there's been "no morning sickness." At least for the time being, Holly Madison plans to continue to anchor the Las Vegas burlesque revue, Peepshow. So much for those plans to adopt, huh?

On going under the knife: "When I was younger, I was the first person in my class to start getting boobs, so I thought I was going to be huge. But I stopped growing before everybody else started. That was a big letdown… I compared myself to those [Playboy playmates]. I knew what I wanted to look like and was kind of disappointed. I had a butt and no boobs. Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today…
